Habitoxy is operated by Lifeplanner ("we", "us"). By buying a plan or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy.
Habitoxy is an installable web app. It is not on the App Store or the Play Store, and you do not download it from there — you open it in a browser and, if you wish, add it to your home screen. It works offline once loaded.
Habitoxy is delivered online only. Nothing is shipped to you. What you buy is access to the app for the period of your plan, on the email address you give us.
If you pay online (UPI, card, net banking or wallet, through Razorpay), your access is switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. The app opens with you already signed in, and you choose your own password while setting it up. If the page is closed or the connection drops before that happens, your access still arrives, normally within a few minutes; open the app, tap Forgot password? and set a password for the email you bought with.
If you pay directly by UPI instead, you send us the payment screenshot, we verify it by hand, and we send a pass to the WhatsApp number you gave us, normally within 24 hours. The pass contains a temporary password: please change it the first time you sign in, and do not share or forward the pass.
If your access has not arrived within the times above, write to us (see §14) with your payment reference and we will sort it out.
Your account is personal to you. If we find one account being used by several people, we may end that access without a refund.
Plans run for a fixed period from the day your access starts — 6 months, 12 months, or a Founding Pass which does not expire. Plans do not auto-renew: nothing is charged again unless you buy again. When a plan ends, you lose access to the app; your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown on our sales page in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; if you pay directly by UPI, the payment happens inside your own UPI app. Either way, we do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI credentials at any point.
Launch offer. Until 30 September 2026, 11:59 PM IST, or until the first 500 12-month plans have been sold — whichever comes first — the 12-month plan is ₹499 (regular price ₹799) and the Founding Pass is ₹1,999 (regular price ₹2,999). The 6-month plan is not offered while the launch offer runs. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, and it is fixed for the plan you bought.
We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your access has started. Plans do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel: no further payment is ever taken unless you choose to buy again.
Habitoxy is a digital product that is delivered in full and is completely usable from the moment your access starts — there is nothing partial about it and nothing to return. Please read this page and our sales page before you pay, and ask us anything you are unsure about first. We would much rather answer a question than take money from somebody who did not want the product.
Two things are not refunds and we will always put them right:

Online payments are refunded through Razorpay to the card, account or UPI ID you paid with — your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show it. Direct UPI payments are returned to the UPI ID you paid from.

We may remove content or end access for a serious or repeated breach. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
If someone joins because you sent them, we pay you ₹100. The details matter, so they are written out here rather than only on the invite screen.
The referral programme starts on 1 October 2026 (12:00 AM IST). Purchases made before then do not earn a referral payment, even if a code was used.
Each payment is held for 30 days after the purchase before it can be paid out. That wait exists because a card payment can be reversed weeks after it is made. If the purchase behind a referral is refunded, charged back or disputed, that referral payment is cancelled.
Payments are sent by UPI to the number on your account. We may hold or cancel payments where we believe a referral is not genuine — for example purchases made to collect referral money rather than to use the app, or accounts created for that purpose. We may change the amount or end the programme at any time; that does not affect payments already earned and outside their 30-day hold.
The leaderboard is public to other users and shows your profile name and score. Taking part is part of using the app.
A day's entries lock three days after that day and cannot be edited afterwards. That is deliberate — it is what makes the board mean anything. Do not try to work around it. If we find a score has been manipulated, we may remove it from the board.
What you write in Habitoxy stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your content and show it back to you, and to display anything you deliberately post publicly to other users.
You can export everything at any time from Settings → Backup.
Habitoxy is a tracking and reflection tool. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or a financial adviser.
The built-in challenges — including 75 Hard, 75 Soft, Dopamine Detox, 5 AM Club and Winter Arc — are popular self-improvement programmes we did not design and are not affiliated with. They are demanding. Please talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise, diet or sleep regime, and stop if it is harming you. You take part at your own risk.
The money features are a personal record-keeping tool. They are not accounting software and not investment advice.
We work to keep Habitoxy running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever have to discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and the chance to export your data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data where you had the ability to export a backup, or for anything arising from your use of a third-party service.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and for anything significant we will tell existing users directly. Continuing to use Habitoxy after a change means you accept it.
